Changelog

Week of 12 to 18 Oct 2026

Smarter answering machine detection for AutoCall campaigns, and a first look at the CRM we're building right into AutoCall.

Calling and campaigns

  • Fewer voicemails reach your agents: AutoCall now finishes checking whether a person or a voicemail picked up before it routes a call, so agents aren't connected while a voicemail greeting is playing.
  • Voicemail follows your campaign settings: When a voicemail is detected, the call follows your campaign's voicemail settings, and calls where the customer hangs up during the check are no longer sent to an agent.

Coming soon: a CRM built into AutoCall

Your calls and your customer records will soon live in the same place. We're putting the finishing touches on a CRM inside AutoCall, so you'll be able to:

  • Call leads and customers straight from their record, with every call saved to their history.
  • Know who's calling, with the caller's details on screen when a known number rings in.
  • Track deals through your pipeline and turn a lead into a customer in one step.
  • Import your existing client list in bulk, with matching leads updated instead of duplicated.

No more switching tabs between your phone system and your CRM. Watch this space.

Week of 5 to 11 Oct 2026

Fixes and polish across the AutoCall dialer, call insights and CRM sync.

  • Call notes reach your CRM: Notes from AutoCall calls now reach the matching CRM record reliably.
  • Clear ringing on outbound calls: While an outbound call connects, the dialer now plays the carrier's ringing audio when it's available, or a standard ringback tone when it isn't, so you can hear that the call is going through.
  • Steadier call sentiment: We fixed an issue that affected call sentiment results.
  • Organization deletion for admins: We fixed an error that could stop organization admins from deleting their organization's data from AutoCall.

Week of 14 to 20 Sep 2026

New AutoCall dialer and queue improvements for agents and admins.

  • Keyboard-first dialing: Press D to open the dialer, start typing right away, and control dialing with keyboard shortcuts.
  • Queue callbacks in the dialer: Take callbacks for callers waiting in queue, and see pending callbacks, from the dialer page.
  • Smoother callback handoff: Callers can request a callback from queue more reliably, with agent confirmation before connect and automatic retry if an agent does not pick up.
  • More queue settings: Extra options when creating and editing queues.
  • Clearer reliability monitoring: We improved how we catch and surface system issues so problems get fixed faster and service stays steadier for your callers.
